Nun ist die Katze aus dem Sack. Infinity Ward höchstpersönlich gaben bekannt, dass Call of Duty: Ghost nur auf der PS4 (abgesehen vom PC) in 1080p dargestellt wird. Die XBoxOne Fassung wird dagegen nur in 720p dargestellt (hochskaliert auf 1080p).
